REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
Please email email@example.com for a returns authorisation number. You may return new, unworn items within 14 days of receipt for a refund or an exchange. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Please remember to write your returns authorisation number on the returns form. Upon receiving your returns authorisation number we must be in receipt of your item(s) within 7 days for UK orders or 14 days for international orders. As long as the goods are in their original condition, we will refund your purchase within 14 working days of receiving the package.
CHRISTMAS GIFT RETURNS POLICY
We will accept Christmas gifts purchased from the 29th November 2017 that are out of our standard 14 day return policy for a refund or an exchange if received by us up to and including 5th Jan 2018.
Anything returned after 5th Jan 2018, including initial exchanges, will not be accepted.
Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Please note db3 is unable to subsidize the costs of returning UK or international orders. For your safety, we recommend using a signed for service and keep the proof of postage. Your parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us. We cannot accept liability for goods that get lost or damaged in transit back to us.
We will notify you via e-mail, once we have processed the refund for the returned item.
