REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
You will firstly need to call us on (+44)1204 396652 (9am-5.30pm) or email firstname.lastname@example.org for a returns authorisation number. You may return new, unworn items within 14 days of receipt for a refund or an exchange. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Please remember to write your returns authorisation number on the returns form. Upon receiving your returns authorisation number we must be in receipt of your item(s) within 7 days for UK orders or 14 days for international orders. As long as the goods are in their original condition, we will refund your purchase within 14 working days of receiving the package.

Please note db3 is unable to subsidize the costs of returning UK or international orders. For your safety, we recommend using a Second Class Recorded Delivery Service and keep the proof of postage. Your parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us. We cannot accept liability for goods that get lost or damaged in transit back to us.
We will notify you via e-mail, once we have processed the refund for the returned item.

RETURNING ORDERS TO STORE
Orders can be returned to our Bolton store for a refund or an exchange. Upon receiving your returns authorisation number we must be in receipt of your item(s) within 7 days. Refunds cannot be issued by the store. You will receive a confirmation of refund email once your return has been processed. Please make sure you bring along your invoice and returns note so we can process your return.
