Can I return my order?

You may return new, unworn items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (3 to 5 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 2 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (3 to 10 business days).

Our Christmas gifts return policy is all unworn/unused items to be received back to us by no later than Thursday 5th January 2012 to be entitled to a full refund less postage paid. However, we will take into consideration factors such as the weather conditions at the time. Alternatively an exchange can be given depending on stock at the time.

We're sorry but yes, if you are returning items because you have changed your mind it will be at your cost and we will not refund you original delivery charge.
